Top Down Games Performance in Switzerland, Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the top-down games category in Switzerland exhibited varied performance trends across the top five applications on a unified platform, according to Sensor Tower data.

Block Blast！ from Hungry Studio saw a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 25.1K and ending at 9.2K. However, weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 260K to 300K throughout the quarter.

Color Block Jam by Rollic Games experienced a significant rise in weekly revenue, beginning at $291 and reaching over $33K by the end of March. Downloads showed a gradual increase, starting from just 196 and peaking at 10.1K. Active users also grew, reaching a high of 25.7K before a slight drop at the end of the quarter.

Vita Mahjong reported a steady number of weekly downloads, hovering around 6K to 7K. Revenue remained modest, averaging around $250 to $370 weekly. Active users showed a positive trend, increasing from 24.5K to 33.2K by the end of March.

Math Crossword — Number Puzzle from Tripledot Studios maintained a consistent download rate, starting at 3.2K and peaking at 8.3K mid-quarter. Active users also increased from 7.9K to 19.5K, indicating growing engagement.

Whiteout Survival by Century Games Pte. Ltd. achieved high revenue, starting at $256K and maintaining around $170K to $230K throughout the quarter. Downloads showed a downward trend from 7.8K to 2.6K. Despite this, active users remained strong, with numbers ranging from 22K to 29K.
